Lori Loughlin has been cast as Celia Mills on the CW’s spin-off of teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210. Loughlin’s character is an Olympic medalist and mother of show lead Annie Mills (Shenae Grimes.) Loughlin is best known for her role as Rebecca Donaldson Katsopolis on sitcom Full House. The actress recently starred in WB drama Summerland and last year’s short-lived ABC sitcom In Case of Emergency.
